Kenny Hyslop
Kenneth Hyslop
Scottish drummer
Born on 14 February 1951 in Helensburgh, Scotland. He was a member of Salvation along with brothers [a=Jim McGinlay] and [a=Kevin McGinlay] and [a=Midge Ure] that evolved in [a=Slik] and then [a=Zones (2)] and [a=Skids]. In 1981 he replaced [a=Brian McGee] in [a=Simple Minds] and in 1982 he formed [a=Set The Tone] with bassist [a=Bobby Patterson]. After their demise he joined [a=One O'Clock Gang] in 1985. In the late '80s he left U.K. for Canada with [a=Big George And The Business]. When he came back he became a drumming teacher at [l=Carlton Recording Studios] in Glasgow
