Imants Kokars (born 16 August 1921, Gulbene, Latvia - died 24 November 2011, Riga, Latvia) was a Latvian choir conductor. He founded and conducted the [a=Riga Chamber Choir "Ave Sol"] as well as conducting the [a=Dziedonis] and Beverīna choirs. Father of conductor [a4123581] and twin brother of [a2379292] who was also a renowned conductor.
