Ray Manzarek

Raymond Daniel Manzarek

American musician, producer, movie director, and writer. He was co-founder and the keyboardist of [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Doors,+The]The Doors[/url], from 1965 to 1973, and in [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Doors+of+the+21st+Century,+The]The Doors of the 21st Century[/url] from 2001, who subsequently changed their name to [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/The+Doors+of+the+21st+Century]Riders On The Storm[/url]. He died following a prolonged battle with cancer.

Died: 20th May 2013, in Rosenheim, Upper Bavaria, Germany [aged 74, cancer]
