Андрей Андреевич Вознесенский (Andrei Andreyevich Voznesensky)
Andrei Voznesensky (1933–2010) was a Soviet and Russian poet, writer, painter and architect from Moscow. [a=Robert Lowell] praised him as "one of the greatest living poets in any language." Voznesensky was one of the 'Children of the '60s,' a new wave of iconic Russian intellectuals led by the Khrushchev Thaw.
