German violinist and founder of the [a=Koeckert-Quartett]. He was born 27 June 1913 in Großpriesen, Bohemia, Austria-Hungary (now Velké Březno, Czech Republic) and died 3 September 2005 in Munich, Germany. He was the father of [a4090285].
