German classical music composer born around 1770 in Berlin. Best known for music to the lullaby "Schlafe, mein Prinzchen, schlaf ein" (Sleep, my little prince, fall asleep), mistakenly attributed for a long time to [a=Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart] (K.350 in the Köchel-Verzeichnis).
