UK mastering engineer.
Staff started his music career as studio assistant at Trident Studios (London, UK) in 1970. In 1986 he then moved to mastering at The Exchange (London, UK) then subsequently to Sony Music Studio (London, UK) in 1994, followed by a move to Alchemy Soho (London, UK).
As of 2010, Ray Staff runs Air Mastering in the UK, part of the Air Studios complex.
