Eleanor Farjeon

Eleanor Farjeon (born February 13, 1881, London, England – died June 5, 1965, Hampstead, London, England) was an English author of children's stories and plays, poetry, biography, history and satire. She is perhaps best known for writing the children's hymn "Morning Has Broken", written in 1931 to an old Gaelic tune and adapted by [a37606]. Sister of [a3398511].
